New infrastructure being developed for FLOW

Customer Order and e-Commerce Fulfillment Centers

FLOW will commence with the construction of two dedicated customer order and e-Commerce fulfillment centers during 2015. The first being located in King Abdullah Economic City and the second in Riyadh. These developments form part of the implementation of our strategic plan to be the market leader in Saudi Arabia for Contract Logistics and e-Commerce Fulfilment Services.

Our first facility in KAEC will have 50,000 pallet positions in its 38m high bay storage facility with an additional 80,000 tote positions in phase 1 for small items goods-to man picking. The facility is designed to deliver 2,000 customer orders per day in two shifts and will be ready for operation Q3 2016.

Similar facilities with twice this capacity are planned for Riyadh and should be operational 2017.

Distribution networks

FLOW is further expanding it’s own distribution network throughout the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to enable us to provide our customers with comprehensive home delivery and assembly services on a national basis. To this regard we have commenced with the implementation of hubs in Jeddah, Riyadh and Dammam followed by an additional 12-14 hubs implemented over the next five years.
